Ronwick Lewis is a certified physician assistant in the Urology department at Kelsey-Seybold’s Berthelsen Main Campus location. He received his Bachelor of Science in environmental science at the University of Phoenix in Houston in 2016 and his Master of Science in physician assistant studies in 2019 at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Health Professions in Midland in 2019. Ronwick served in the U.S. Navy from 1990 to 2005, receiving several awards, including the Armed Forces Reserve Medal, the National Defense Medal, the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, a Meritorious Unit Commendation, a Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, a Naval Reserve Good Conduct Ribbon, and a Surface Warfare Medal. He joined the Kelsey-Seybold Urology department in 2020.
Ronwick is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Veterans American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants.
Fun Facts
The best advice Ronwick has received is to “learn as much as I can because when I can’t learn anymore, that’s the end.”
He says the two most exotic places he’s visited are Thailand and Singapore.
Not everyone knows this about Ronwick, but he loves to cook fun and exotic foods and he’s good at it. His guilty pleasure is double-chocolate cake. His favorite book is a bio-documentary about Dr. Martin Luther King.
