After earning her medical degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine in 1992, Riva Collins, M.D., completed her internship at Bellevue Hospital Center in Internal Medicine in 1994 and residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine in 1997.
