​​​​Professional Background 

After graduation from Gazi University in Ankara, Turkey in 1991, Dr. Dural completed her internship in Department of Internal Medicine in 1996 at Michael Reese Hospital, at University of Illinois at Chicago. In 1996, she went to The University of Illinois at Chicago, where she completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and served as chief resident in 1999. In 2000, she finished her fellowship at a joint program through The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and Baylor College of Medicine in Musculoskeletal and Sports Medicine.

Dr. Dural is a fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Hobbies and Intere​​sts

When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Dural enjoys classical music, books, movies and going to concerts.​

​I believe in treating the whole person and focusing on their lifestyle and interests. I tailor individual treatment plan so I can quickly get my patients back to their maximum activity level.

Awards & Recognitions

​Dr. Ayse Dural has been recognized with a prestigious national recognition for excellence in providing patients with superior back pain care by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The NCQA Back Pain Recognition Program (BPRP) was designed to improve the quality of care to the nearly 30 million Americans who experience low back pain and motivate other clinicians and chiropractors to document and improve their delivery of spine care.
