I believe in empowering my patients, through education, to be actively involved through shared decision making in their healthcare. An ounce of prevention is always better than a pound of cure. The small steps taken to improve nutrition, exercise, weight, and work/life balance go a long way in improving overall well-being. I treat my patients and their family members the way I want my family members and friends to be treated.
