Dr. Yee received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Houston.  He earned his medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and completed his residency program in Family Practice at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.

Hobb​ies and Interests

Dr. Yee is married with two sons.  He enjoys fitness training, sports and movies.

Dr. Yee has been recognized with a presti​gious national certification for excellence in carin​g for diabetic patients, awarded by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). Certification through NCQA’s national Diabetes Recognition Program comes after a comprehensive, individualized review process to verify a physician’s adherence to national standards of excellence in caring for patients diagnosed with diabetes.

Dr. Yee has also been recognized for providing outstanding cardiovascular and stroke care by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and American Heart Association/American Stroke Association (AHA/ASA) Heart/Stroke Recognition Program.​
