Fun Facts

Dr. Mouton's favorite meal is Crawfish bisque. His favorite dessert is bananas foster. He's also a avid pianist. Dr. Mouton's favorite musician is Frank Sinatra and favorite historical figures are Robert E. Lee, Caesar Agustus and Julius Caesar. The best advice he's ever received is, “Never argue with patients.”

The most exotic place Dr. Mouton has visited was Chateau St. George in France. Most people don't know he loves reading history. If he could trade places with someone for a day, he'd like to be Mel Brooks "for a laugh.”
