After receiving her medical degree from Meharry Medical College School of Medicine in 2011, Dr. Curtis completed a Pediatrics residency from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2014. She received a fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine from Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, in Cincinnati, Ohio, which she completed in 2016.

Hobbies and Interests

Dr. Curtis enjoys working out, traveling, sporting events, spending time with her loved ones and her two Yorkies Angelo and Armani.

Fun Facts

The most interesting place Dr. Curtis has ever visited is Cape Town, South Africa. Her favorite dessert is chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and her guilty pleasure is reality television. If she could have a super power she’d like to have the ability to read minds.

I believe that by establishing an environment where healthy physical and emotional development are encouraged, as well as placing value on education, nutrition and proper exercise, our patients will have a strong foundation for their future.
