"As the preceptor for Kelsey-Seybold Clinic's Administrative Fellowship, this program provides persons early in their career with an opportunity to apply their classroom experience and provide value-added support to the organization. Fellows are given the opportunity to learn many of the basics associated with the physician practice environment while also being challenged to materially contribute to strategic decisions affecting the organization's direction. It is important that Fellows take advantage of the unique role to challenge themselves and in doing so they will be more prepared for the next step in their career. I'm committed to mentoring Fellows during and after their program." |
