Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Hosts 60th Anniversary Essay Contest
Deadline extended to May 31
HOUSTON (April 14, 2009) - In honor of its 60th anniversary, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic will host an essay contest for patients this April, and asks, “What is your favorite memory of Kelsey-Seybold?” The contest is open to the current and former patients of Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. The grand prize winner will receive an iPod with a $60 iTunes gift card, a $60 gift card to H-E-B and a $60 Shell Oil gift card for gas. Second prize includes a $60 gift card to H-E-B and a $60 Shell Oil gift card for gas.
Essay contest registration forms are available online at www.kelsey-seybold.com/60. Entries must be typed, must not exceed 350 words and must be submitted by e-mail to contest@kelsey-seybold.com or fax to (713) 442-5335 to the attention of “60th Anniversary Essay Contest” with a completed entry form.Once submitted, all entries are property of Kelsey-Seybold Clinic and may be archived for public use in print, online or in other formats. The contest deadline has been extended to May 31. Winners will now be announced June 15. Winning and runner-up entries will be posted on www.kelsey-seybold.com/60. Current Kelsey-Seybold Clinic employees are invited to participate in an internal essay contest as described on the Clinic’s internal Web site.
In addition to the essay contest, Kelsey-Seybold is planning several festivities for patients throughout the year, including the celebration of an anniversary baby, a Children’s Art Contest and the planting of 60 trees this fall.
