Page Content Instructions for Downloading the MyChart App
Want to email your doctor’s office from your iPhone or iPad? Download the free app in two quick steps:
- Search for MyChart in the apps store or Android Market and download the free MyChart app.
- You will be prompted to search for your medical provider. Scroll down to Kelsey-Seybold Clinic and MyKelseyOnline. Once you select Kelsey-Seybold Clinic as your provider, you will automatically go to the MyKelseyOnline log-in page every time you click on the MyChart icon.
Your user ID and password are the same as you use when you log in to MyKelseyOnline from any computer. Once you sign in, you can: Check certain test results. View your messages containing appointment reminders and replies to “Ask Your Doctor.” Check previous or future appointments or cancel an upcoming appointment. (At this time, you cannot schedule an appointment online.) Email your doctor’s office through the “Ask Your Doctor” feature. Check immunization history in your “Health Summary.”
