MyKelseyOnline, MyKelsey App and KCA Health Plan MyChart will Require Two-Step Authentication

Effective April 25, 2024, two-step verification will be required for online patient portal access.

What is two-step verification?

Two-step verification is an additional layer of security used to verify your identify when accessing your MyKelseyOnline/KCA MyChart account.

Two-step verification will require you to:

  1. Log in with your username and password.
  2. Enter a single-use code that will be sent to the mobile phone number via text message or email (less secure) associated with your MyKelseyOnline account.

Next steps

Confirm that you have a current mobile phone number listed in your personal information section on MyKelseyOnline/KCA MyChart to ensure uninterrupted access to the online patient portal.

How to set up two-step verification

If you have not enabled two-step verification by April 25, you will be prompted to complete this process the next time you log in. After submitting your username and password, you will be prompted to enter a single-use code sent to the mobile phone number via text message or email (less secure) associated with your account to complete the login. You will need to follow the two-step verification process every time you log in to the online patient portal.

Note: If you have already set up two-step verification with a mobile phone number, no action is needed at this time.
