- Travel east to SH 249 north.
- Turn left, under SH 249 to the SH 249 service road.
- Enter freeway or follow service road north on SH 249 to Chasewood Park Drive.
- Exit Chasewood Park Drive.
- Turn right on Chasewood Park Drive and follow it to Vintage Preserve Parkway.
- The clinic is on the left.
From US 290, traveling East
- Exit US 290 at Jones Road.
- Turn Left under US 290. Follow Jones Road to Louetta Road.
- Turn right on Louetta Road. Follow Louetta Road under SH 249 to Vintage Park Blvd and turn right.
