- Take a left on Fannin Street and drive to 6624 Fannin Street (St. Luke's Medical Tower Facility)
- Park in the Tower Parking Lot
From 1-10 East
- Take I-10 East to Loop 610 South
- From 610 South, exit onto US-59 North (going toward Downtown)
- Take the Main Street exit.
- Turn right at South Main Street.
- At the traffic circle, take the third exit onto Herman Loop Drive.
- Turn right at Fannin Street.
- St. Luke’s Medical Tower will be on your right.
- Park in the Tower Parking Lot.
From 1-10 West
- Head west on I-10 toward downtown
- Exit right onto US 59 South.
- Take US 59 South to Fannin Street exit.
- Turn right on Fannin Street.
- St. Luke’s Medical Tower will be on your right.
- Park in the Tower Parking Lot.
From US 290
- Take US 290 East toward 610.
- Merge onto Loop 610 South.
- Take US-59 North toward Downtown.
- Take the Main Street exit.
- Turn right onto South Main Street.
- At the traffic circle, take the third exit onto Herman Loop Drive.
- Turn right at Fannin Street.
