- Take 288 South to FM 518/Broadway Street.
- Take a left on FM 518/Broadway St.
- Go approximately 1 mile until you see County Road 90.
- Go through the light at County Road 90 and take immediate right into the parking lot of the shopping strip on the right hand side.
- Kelsey-Seybold Clinic-Silverlake is located in the shopping strip at 9430 Broadway Street in suite 120.
From Galveston:
- Take I-45 North to Beltway 8 South (Sam Houston Parkway East)
- Make a left on to Beltway 8.
- Take the Cullen Blvd. exit and make a left on to Cullen Blvd.
- Stay on Cullen Blvd. until it dead ends at West Broadway Street
- Make a right on to Broadway (FM 518) and travel past the light at Sunrise Lake.
- Kelsey Seybold Clinic-Silverlake is located on the left in a shopping strip just before you reach the next light at County Rd 90 at 9430 Broadway Street in suite 120.
