• Health benefits plan offered on either a self-funded or fully insured basis, offering a “select provider network” on the CIGNA Healthcare benefits platform. The Kelsey-Seybold Clinic network includes more than 370 Kelsey-Seybold physicians at 20 clinic locations throughout the region, and more than 1,800 affiliated physicians selected by Kelsey-Seybold physician leadership for quality care.

• Available to employers with a minimum of 50 employees working in the Greater Houston area.
