As a busy mother of two who works and goes to school, Heydi needed help scheduling a pediatric appointment for her 10-year-old son, Derrick. She was pleasantly surprised by how fast the appointment was made.
“Diane Romo (KelseyCare member services representative) was really helpful and went beyond the call of duty,” recalls Heydi. “Within five minutes after calling her, my son’s appointment was made for the next day. I was amazed and really wasn’t expecting to get an appointment. Diane took care of everything with just one phone call."
Heydi, who has used KelseyCare for two years, says she’s used to receiving excellent service from KelseyCare.
