Welcome to the Kelsey Pharmacy! For more than 25 years, we have maintained a reputation for excellence in patient care. Our pharmacies are located inside or near 13 Kelsey-Seybold Clinic locations. Our pharmacies stock over-the-counter products like the big stores, but offer the personal touch of your local corner drugstore. We dedicate ourselves to your medication management.
We have 13 convenient locations throughout the greater Houston area.
When you choose the Kelsey Pharmacy, you'll discover: Refills. Click it and get it, or use our automated Refill Telemanager System. Call it in by noon, and it's ready by 5 p.m.* One-stop shopping for your pharmaceutical and over-the-counter product needs. A Doctor-Pharmacist partnership to ensure that you receive quality care and copay management and friendly, knowledgeable pharmacists to answer your questions. An assortment of over-the-counter products, health and beauty care items, and vitamins. We stock most foreign travel medications - we can make sure you are ready to see the world! We accept most prescription plans and offer assistance with your health insurance plan. We offer competitors' prices on over-the-counter products. Many specialty drugs, including injectables, are commonly stocked and available.

There are two ways to request a refill:
Call our stores and use the automated Refill Telemanager system. You can even check to see if your prescription is ready. (This service is not available at Kelsey Pharmacy - Downtown.) |
When you call our pharmacy, the Refill Telemanager system will answer your call. Once connected you will be prompted to key in prescription requests on your touch-tone phone. To use the automated refill order system:
Call the pharmacy phone number printed on your bottle or click here for pharmacy phone numbers and locations. Listen to the options. Some stores have both English and Spanish options. If the store you are calling has this option, choose 1 for English and 2 for Spanish. Next, press 1 to request a refill. Enter the digit prescription number. If your prescription number has 8 digits, you will need to enter the last 6 digits only. The Refill Telemanager repeats the prescription number back to you. Press 1 to verify the number. To refill another prescription, press 1. If you do not have more refills, press 2. Enter your phone number in case the pharmacy needs to contact you for any reason Press 1 if you want to leave additional information, 2 if you do not. The Refill Telemanager will inform you of the time the pharmacy expects to complete your refill order. If you call to check on the status of your prescription refill, press 3. If you would like to leave a message, press 4. At the end of the message, be sure and press 1 to save your message.
