Shahid Muhammad, M.D., joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in 2003. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine with a sub-specialty in Endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism. Dr. Muhammad cares for his patients at our Fort Bend Medical and Diagnostic Center and West Clinic locations.
Professional Background
Dr. Muhammad graduated from the University of Karachi in Pakistan in 1986. In 1991, he went to Chicago’s Cook County Hospital to complete his Internal Medicine residency. For his fellowship, Dr. Muhammad went to the prestigious Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.
Academic and Clinical Position
Dr. Muhammad served as Assistant Professor of Medicine at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and now serves as a Clinical Professor at Baylor College of Medicine.
