Sara Meloche, M.D. joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in March 2010. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and cares for her patients at our Clear Lake Clinic location.
Professional Background
Dr. Meloche studied medicine at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston where she completed her medical degree, internship and residency.
The first six years of Dr. Meloche’s professional career after residency were primarily devoted to Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care.
Dr. Meloche has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including indigent health care clinics, executive health care centers, solo practices, Veterans
Affairs Hospital clinics and large multispecialty clinics.
For more than a year, she worked in an Occupational Medicine clinic where for a few months, she gained valuable management experience as the de facto director of the clinic.
Academic and Clinical Position
Dr. Meloche worked for Texas Tech University’s Internal Medicine residency program from April 2006 to November 2006, where she acted as the attending physician for the inpatient ward service and supervised the outpatient resident clinic.
“I greatly enjoyed building effective working relationships with my staff and patients and found it a rewarding experience,” Dr. Meloche says.

“I am a rock hound,” Dr. Meloche says. “Collecting, polishing and creating natural rock jewelry is so much fun! I also enjoy my garden and my dog.”
