Rupa Puttappa, M.D., is a board-certified specialist in Cardiology and Cardiovascular Disease. She joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in 2007.
 
Dr. Puttappa earned her medical degree from Bangalore Medical School in Karnataka, India. She completed her internship and residency at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, N.H. She completed a fellowship in Cardiology at St. Vincent's Catholic Medical Center, New York, and another fellowship in Cardiac MR and CT (Observation) at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
 
Dr. Puttappa is board certified in Cardiology and Cardiovascular Disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She cares for patients at Kelsey-Seybold's St. Luke's Medical Tower and Spring Medical and Diagnostic Center.​
