Dr. Blair joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in 1986. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopedics and cares for his patients at our Main Campus, The Vintage and West Clinic locations.
Professional Background
Dr. Blair graduated from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 1971. He completed his residency in surgery in 1972 at Bexar County Hospital District and completed Orthopedics training in 1976.
Clinical Interests
Dr. Blair’s clinical Orthopedic interests include the foot, shoulder, knee and elbow. A former surgeon, he prefers to explore his patients’ options prior to turning to surgery.

Dr. Blair is a member of the Harris County Medical Society, the American Association of Orthopedic Surgeons, Texas Medical Association and Houston Orthopedic Society.
