Dr. Carter joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in 2006. A board-certified pediatrician, she cares for her pediatric patients at Cypress Clinic. 
 
Professional Background
In medical school, Dr. Carter’s focus was General Pediatrics. Before coming to Kelsey-Seybold, she trained at Baylor College of Medicine for her residency. She also trained at Texas Children’s Hospital and Ben Taub General Hospital.
 
Clinical Interests
As a pediatrician, Dr. Carter is an advocate of breastfeeding and preventative care for her patients.
