Haroonur Rashid, M.D., Ph.D. F.A.C.C., F.A.C.P., F.S.C.A.I., is a board-certified specialist in Cardiology and Cardiovascular Disease. He has a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology.
Dr. Rashid joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in 2000. He earned his medical degree from Rawalpindi Medical College in Pakistan. He completed his internship at Holy Family Hospital in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of South Alabama in Mobile and a fellowship in Cardiology at Baylor College of Medicine.
Dr. Rashid's special areas of expertise include:
- Nuclear Medicine.
- ECHO.
- Cardiac Catheterization.
Dr. Rashid is board certified in Cardiology and Cardiovascular Disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine.
Fluent in English and Urdu, Dr. Rashid cares for patients at The Vintage and Kelsey-Seybold's St. Luke's Medical Tower in the Texas Medical Center.
