Francis Williams, M.D. joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in October 2010. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and cares for his patients at Kelsey-Seybold’s Main Campus and Kingwood Clinic locations.
Professional Background Dr. Williams graduated from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) in 1992. He continued his medical studies UTHealth with an internship in Internal Medicine and a residency in Rheumatology. In 1997, he completed his education with a Rheumatology fellowship at UTHealth.
Academic and Clinical Position In addition to his position at Kelsey-Seybold, Dr. Williams is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine’s Division of Rheumatology at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He is also Co-Director of Harris County Hospital District’s HIV Rheumatology Clinic.
Clinical Interests Dr. Williams’ clinical interests include rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, Sjogren’s syndrome, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, bursitis and tendonitis.
