Dr Siegel received her medical degree from University of Texas at Houston in 1976, and completed 2 years of internship and residency at University of Texas at San Antonio in 1978. She completed her residency at Baylor College of Medicine in 1979 and 1 year of fellowship in Ambulatory Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine in 1980.
