"I treat my patients with great care and try to give them a thorough understanding of both their orthopedic condition and the various treatment options available to them. With this understanding, a patient can help formulate the therapeutic program that will improve his or her condition."
 
Allen Deutsch, M.D. joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in 2000. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and cares for his patients at the Kelsey-Seybold Main Campus and Spring Medical and Diagnostic Center.
 
Professinal Background
Dr. Deutsch earned his graduate degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York, and completed his internship and residency programs at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He also completed a fellowship in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

Research
Dr. Deutsch continues to be actively involved in research projects to develop innovative techniques to repair the rotator cuff. Dr. Deutsch has had his research studies accepted for presentation at national and international conferences in 2010 and 2011. He has presented his work at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Amercian Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons, and the Arthroscopy Association of North America meetings.
