Dr. Kamble joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in 2007. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Endocrinology and Metabolism. She cares for her patients at Main Campus and Fort Bend Medical and Diagnostic Center.
Professional Background
Dr. Kamble earned her medical degree at Government Medical College in India in 1989.
For six months, ending in June 1999, Dr. Kamble worked as a research associate in the Myeloma and Transplantation Research Center at The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. There, she investigated several protocols related to new treatments for Multiple Myeloma.
From Oct. 2001 to Sept. 2004, Dr. Kamble served as resident physician of Internal Medicine at Oklahoma University Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City.
Following the residency, Dr. Kamble took a fellowship in Internal Medicine at the school before coming to Houston to complete an Endocrinology Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in 2006.
Scholarly Activity
During her fellowship at Oklahoma University, Dr. Kamble presented several seminars, including the following:
• Lithium induced diabetes incipidus: Pathophysiology and management. September 14, 2004, Division of Endocrinology, Oklahoma University Health Sciences Center.
• Thyroid cancer: A review. October 7, 2004, Division of Endocrinology, Oklahoma University Health Sciences Center.
• Thyroid Cancer: Radiation induced thyroid cancer. November 9, 2004, Division of Endocrinology, Oklahoma University Health Sciences Center.
Clinical Interests
Dr. Kamble’s clinical interests include diabetes, prediabetes, thyroid and thyroid cancer, and obesity.
