MEET THE DOCTOR
“I enjoy the fact that I am not only caring for children, but giving them the tools they need to grow into healthy, young individuals. It is my hope that with this foundation, they can use what they've learned to become successful adults.”
Sophie Lung, M.D. joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in December 2009. A specialist in Pediatrics, she cares for her young patients at The Woodlands Clinic and is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
Professional Background
After graduating from Baylor University in Waco with a major in Biology in 1998, Dr. Lung went to The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas to earn her degree in medicine. In September 2008, Dr. Lung participated in the Baylor International Pediatric AIDS Initiative in Lesotho, Africa. In 2009, she completed her residency in Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine.

Dr. Lung is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Hobbies and Special Interests
When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Lung enjoys traveling, playing piano, and spending time with family and friends.
