MEET THE DOCTOR

Michael Gifford, M.D., joined the Dermatology Department at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in January 2009. He is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and cares for his patients at our Houston Center location in downtown Houston.
Professional Background
Dr. Gifford earned his medical degree at the University of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City, Okla., in 1988. He completed his residency in Dermatology at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 2003.
Clinical Interests
Dr. Gifford is especially interested in the clinical areas of skin cancer screenings, acne and eczema.

Dr. Gifford is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Harris County Medical Association.
Hobbies and Special Interests
When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Gifford likes to spend time with his family. He is married with one child and enjoys reading, running and soccer.
