MEET THE DOCTOR

Dr. Daas joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in January 2003 and was named Chief of Pulmonary Medicine in 2009. His is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and cares for his patients at our Fort Bend Medical and Diagnostic Center and St. Luke’s Medical Tower locations.
Professional Background
Dr. Daas earned his medical degree at Damascus University College in Syria in 1987. There, he completed his internship at university hospitals in Internal Medicine before going to Michigan State University in 1993 to complete his residency. He followed up his training with a fellowship in Critical Care at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine. In addition, he held a fellowship at The University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha in 1997.

Dr. Daas is a volunteer clinical instructor at Baylor College of Medicine and a volunteer assistant professor at The University of Texas Medical School at Houston.
