Dr. Collins joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in 1985. She majored in Biology and earned both her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of New Mexico. Her residency program was completed in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
