Dr. Higgins joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in 2002. She is board-certified in Pediatrics and cares for her patients at Kelsey-Seybold’s Pasadena Clinic.
Professional Background
After graduating from Prairie View A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1994, Dr. Higgins earned her medical degree at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tenn. In 1999, she went to The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston for her residency in Pediatrics, which she completed in 2002.
Clinical Interests
In addition to breastfeeding and immunizations, Dr. Higgins’ clinical interests include Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder and preventive care.

Hobbies, Special Interests
Dr. Higgins enjoys attending church, singing in the Inspirational Choir and spending time with her family.
