MEET THE DOCTOR
“Kelsey Seybold Clinic is a wonderful organization and provides comprehensive care for the whole family. I thoroughly enjoy Pediatrics because I have the unique opportunity to see my patients develop from infants to adolescents. I am a strong advocate of breastfeeding and immunizations. I also promote preventative care such as healthy eating, exercise, and abstinence. I believe it is important to carefully listen to the concerns of parents and patients and to address each concern appropriately.”
Dr. Higgins joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in 2002. She is board-certified in Pediatrics and cares for her patients at Kelsey-Seybold’s Pasadena Clinic.
