Kelsey-Seybold Clinic OB-GYN Physicians Present Women's Health Series

Aug. 18 kickoff features free health screenings and discussion with experts

WHO: Members of the public may receive free health screenings and participate in a group discussion of women's health topics, including HPV, courtesy of Kelsey-Seybold Clinic.
WHAT: Kickoff of a three-part series, featuring women's health topics including HPV as well as free blood pressure, skin cancer and vision screenings. Guests may also enjoy free chair massage and skincare consultations, free taste-tests of healthy foods and much more!
WHEN: Saturday, Aug. 18, 2007

WHY: Women today are busy all of the time, but too few take time out for themselves. The August event will offer women of all ages an opportunity to learn more about what is happening to their bodies or what's to come. It's also a chance to talk with peers, while enjoying an event especially for women.

The event is the first of several in a monthly "Healthy Living" series running through October, designed especially for women. It offers guests a chance to pick up tips and tricks for staying healthy at any age. Upcoming events include "Experts' Secrets for a Healthy Pregnancy" on Sept. 15 and "Starting a Family: Tips for Moms- and Dads-to-Be" in October.
