| | WHY: | Women today are busy all of the time, but too few take time out for themselves. The August event will offer women of all ages an opportunity to learn more about what is happening to their bodies or what's to come. It's also a chance to talk with peers, while enjoying an event especially for women.
The event is the first of several in a monthly "Healthy Living" series running through October, designed especially for women. It offers guests a chance to pick up tips and tricks for staying healthy at any age. Upcoming events include "Experts' Secrets for a Healthy Pregnancy" on Sept. 15 and "Starting a Family: Tips for Moms- and Dads-to-Be" in October.
