The August event will offer women of all ages an opportunity to learn more about what is happening to their bodies or what's to come. It's also a chance to talk with peers, while enjoying an event especially for women. The event is the first of several in a monthly "Healthy Living" series running through October, designed especially for women. It offers guests a chance to pick up tips and tricks for staying healthy at any age. Upcoming events include "Experts' Secrets for a Healthy Pregnancy" on Sept. 15 and "Starting a Family: Tips for Moms- and Dads-to-Be" in October.
