Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Acquires Conroe Family Medicine
Leading Accountable Care Organization Expands Access to Value-Based Care for Patients in the Surrounding Montgomery County Area
HOUSTON (March 2, 2020) – Kelsey-Seybold Clinic has acquired Conroe Family Medicine. Today, Conroe Family Medicine becomes Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Conroe and fully integrates into the Kelsey-Seybold health system as the 24th location in the Greater Houston-Galveston region.
Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Conroe will continue to serve patients at Conroe Family Medicine's current location at 690 S. Loop 336 W – Ste. 222, Conroe, 77304.
