Kelsey-Seybold Expands Care with Opening of a Second Katy Location in Cinco Ranch
New facility brings primary and specialty care to fast-growing community
To meet growing demand for the health care needs of residents in Katy, Houston’s fastest-growing suburb, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic will open its newest facility in the heart of the Cinco Ranch community on August 2, 2010.
Build-out is near completion on the new Cinco Ranch clinic, a 16,000-square-foot facility located at 23000 Highland Knolls Dr. at Peek Road in Katy. The new clinic is located about three miles from Kelsey-Seybold’s Katy Clinic, which opened in 1985. Houston-based contractor Linbeck Construction is leading the project.
Patients of the Cinco Ranch clinic will be offered a full range of primary care services including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Pediatrics. The clinic also will offer specialty care services including Cardiology and Sports Medicine. Diagnostic and ancillary services including laboratory, X-ray, MRI, ultrasound and digital mammography will be provided. Primary care, Occupational Medicine and other specialty services, including Pulmonary Medicine, will continue to be offered at the current Katy location at 21660 Kingsland Blvd.

Cinco Ranch was the nation’s top-selling master-planned community for new-home sales in 2009, according to a survey by RCLCO, an independent real estate advisory firm.
Designed by architecture firm PageSoutherlandPage, the Cinco Ranch clinic marks the 20th Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in the greater Houston area. This past spring, Kelsey-Seybold opened a second Pearland facility in Shadow Creek Ranch.
A series of educational opportunities, hosted by Kelsey-Seybold and open to the Katy community, will culminate with a grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony in early fall.
