Now, You Can Get Your Test Results Online or by Phone

If you recently had lab or radiology tests at a Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, you were given a wallet-sized card with the access information and directions, in addition to a personal identification number (PIN) for that test. 

DO NOT THROW THIS CARD AWAY!!

This card will allow you convenient, secure access to your confidential lab and radiology exam results via the phone or Internet at your convenience through our automated TELEVOX system. These tests include:

• Cholesterol checks

• X-rays 

• Pap exams 

• Mammograms 

• Glucose tests 

• Prostate screenings 

• Ultrasounds 

• Skin tests

• And many other lab and radiology tests!

With this system, you don’t have to wait for your doctor’s office to call you or send you a card. You can get your results when it is convenient for you (Please allow seven to 10 business days for your results to be posted.). Also, if you get your results online, you can store the results in a personal folder and keep your personal health information in one convenient place.
