TexanPlus KSC Physician Panel Closure

Effective, August 13, 2007, Kelsey-Seybold's physician panel closed to new TexanPlus members with the exception of City of Houston Retirees.

Although we have closed our physician panel to new TexanPlus members, we will continue to provide healthcare services to our current Kelsey-Seybold patients covered under TexanPlus. Current TexanPlus members assigned to Kelsey-Seybold will not be affected by this panel closure.

Kelsey-Seybold's physician panel will remain OPEN to all City of Houston retirees, new or existing, covered by the TexanPlus plan.

Texas HealthSpring KSC Physician Panel Closure

Effective, September 1, 2007, Kelsey-Seybold physician panel will be closed to new Texas HealthSpring members with the exception of City of Houston Retirees and members living in Brazoria County as noted below.

Although we have closed our physician panel to new Texas HealthSpring members, we will continue to provide healthcare services to our current Kelsey-Seybold patients covered under Texas HealthSpring. Current Texas HealthSpring members assigned to Kelsey-Seybold will not be affected by this panel closure.

Kelsey-Seybold's physician panel will remain OPEN to all City of Houston retirees, new or existing, covered by the Texas HealthSpring plan.

Kelsey-Seybold's physician panel will also remain OPEN to members living in the Brazoria County service area, new or existing, covered by the Texas HealthSpring Plan.
