• Exit the parking lot of Silverlake Clinic onto CR 90.

• Take a left on FM 518/Broadway Street.

• Take a right on 288 (going north).

• Take the next exit (Shadow Creek Parkway/FM 2234). You'll see a Brake Check on your right when exiting.

• Take the U-Turn and go south on 288.

• From the feeder road, take a right onto Medical Center Drive.

• Take your first right into the parking lot of the Pearland Medical Plaza at 10970 Shadow Creek Parkway.

From 288 South (coming from Angleton)

• Go north on 288 (towards Downtown Houston.)

• Exit Shadow Creek Parkway/FM 2234. (You'll see a Brake Check on your right when exiting.)
