In June of 2007, KelseyCare launched the KelseyCare Concierge Service, a complimentary service exclusively for KelseyCare members. Now, in addition to the remarkable level of benefits KelseyCare members are already receiving, the KelseyCare Concierge offers an enhanced level of personalized service. The Concierge Service provides KelseyCare members a comprehensive array of supporting services that can simplify the healthcare process, increase efficiency, ease communication and expedite access to a wide variety of resources.

KelseyCare members are already raving about the new Concierge Service. Just ask H-E-B employee Heydi Demouy.

As a busy mother of two who works and goes to school, Heydi needed help scheduling a pediatric appointment for her 10-year-old son, Derrick. She was pleasantly surprised how fast the appointment was made.

“Diane Romo (KelseyCare Member Services representative) was really helpful and went beyond the call of duty,” recalls Heydi. “Within five minutes after calling her, my son’s appointment was made for the next day. I was amazed and really wasn’t expecting to get an appointment. Diane took care of everything with just one phone call.”

Heydi, who has used KelseyCare for two years, says she’s used to receiving excellent service from KelseyCare.
