Kelsey-Seybold employees work hard to provide the best care to patients and their families. But for many, the caring doesn’t stop there. Outside of work, many Kelsey-Seybold employees donate significant amounts of time, effort and money to worthy causes near and dear to their hearts. Since January, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic has donated over $50,000 in contributions for the 2004 calendar year, and employees have raised nearly $20,000 through their own fundraising campaigns for charities.

MS Walk - For the third consecutive year, Kelsey-Seybold served as the title sponsor for the Kelsey-Seybold MS Walk donating $20,000 to help find a cure for Multiple Sclerosis, with additionally employee fundraising totaling $3,500.

Light the Night - For the fifth year, Kelsey-Seybold participated in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s “Light the Night” campaign. Employee contributions totaled $15,502 toward the cure for Leukemia and Lymphoma.

United Way - For the third consecutive year, Kelsey-Seybold is raising funds for United Way, renewing a partnership with United Way that began in 1992.
Additionally, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic donated funds this year to the following organizations: American Heart Association, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Association, American Red Cross, Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation, South Montgomery County YMCA, Fort Bend Senior Citizens, Houston Aeros Charities, Houston Parks Board, March of Dimes, NAACP, UT Houston School of Nursing, UTMB Aerospace Medicine, and the American Diabetes Association.
